A prestigious, US law firm is seeking a talented Private Investment Funds Associate to join its growing Credit Funds team. The successful candidate will work alongside a prominent partner with a focus on smaller credit funds and general funds finance matters. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a well-known and influential firm with a collaborative and friendly team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a variety of credit fund matters and general funds finance issues
- Working closely with senior partners on complex transactions involving private investment funds
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the growth of the team by supporting junior lawyers and paralegals
Key Requirements:
- 4-7 years PQE with specific experience in credit funds or general funds finance
- Experience in smaller credit funds is highly desirable
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to manage and advise on complex matters independently
- Friendly and approachable team player with strong client management skills
- Open to considering Irish-qualified lawyers
- Not interested in working with the wider private investment funds team
