Simona graduated from Law and began her career as a Legal Assistant/Office Manager, before transitioning into life science recruitment, where her focus was on commercial placements, later evolving into specialist AI recruitment across Europe.
Now, Simona specialises in placing Qualified Lawyers, working with a broad range of firms - from boutique practices to prestigious Magic Circle firms - with a particular focus on Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate Law.
Outside of work, Simona is passionate about fitness and health, with a strong interest in weightlifting and cooking from scratch. Watch out, Gordon Ramsay...literally!
