This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting lawyers across Finance and a broad group of practices including Employment, Pensions, Private Wealth, Immigration, Contentious Trusts and Pensions, and Corporate Tax.

You’ll be working in a genuinely international environment, where matters often span multiple jurisdictions and require commercially focused, cross-border insight.

The Role

  • Delivering high quality legal and commercial research across a wide range of jurisdictions and subject areas
  • Supporting lawyers within Finance and EPPICC related practice areas with tailored, business-focused insights
  • Building strong relationships with fee earners and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Working closely with Knowledge teams on firmwide initiatives and projects
  • Designing and delivering training sessions for lawyers and new joiners
  • Reviewing and advising on legal information resources and subscription services
  • Promoting the value and capabilities of the Legal Information Services function across the firm
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve systems, resources, and service delivery

Requirements

  • Strong experience using legal research platforms such as Lexis+, Westlaw, and Practical Law
  • Experience supporting multiple legal disciplines (ideally including finance, private wealth, or employment-related areas)
  • Ability to translate complex, multi-jurisdictional research into clear, practical insight
  • Confident communicator who can build credibility with lawyers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience delivering training or supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine interest in international legal developments

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package
  • Private medical, dental and life assurance cover
  • Flexible benefits including gym discounts and retail perks
  • Tech, cycle-to-work and electric vehicle schemes
  • One paid volunteering day per year
  • A strong wellbeing offering covering physical, mental, financial and social health
  • Hybrid working as standard, with flexibility around arrangements

Why Apply?

You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward thinking international firm with clear growth ambitions. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of practice areas and cross-border work, giving you the chance to develop both your legal research expertise and your commercial understanding in a meaningful way.

If you’re looking for a role where you can work closely with high-performing legal teams and have a visible impact across the business, this is a strong opportunity.
