Job Summary:
The firm is seeking a skilled Senior Construction Associate with ideally 6+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their renowned and successful Construction team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will focus exclusively on non-contentious construction matters, providing a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to progress towards partnership or those at partner level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on non-contentious construction matters from a real estate perspective.
- Work closely with key clients to develop strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, commercially driven legal services.
Candidate Requirements:
- UK qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law from a recognized top-tier real estate/construction law firm.
- Strong background in UK private practice experience, focusing on non-contentious construction matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
Agile Working:
The Construction team values a flexible working approach. The successful candidate will commit to 3 days in the office, with the option to work from home for the remaining 2 days. However, attendance at the office is required every day for the first four weeks for inductions, training, and relationship-building with colleagues and clients.
Chargeable Hours:
The target for chargeable hours is 1300.
