Charlotte has over 10 years of recruitment experience working with global leaders to SMEs. She joined DVF Recruitment and Career Legal to provide compliance and payroll support for consultants, candidates, and clients. Charlotte has ownership of our recruitment operations and the process that supports them, working sometimes two years ahead on regulatory changes such as IR35 to ensure that DVF Recruitment and Career Legal is best placed to provide support to both Clients and Candidates.
