Senior Trademark Attorney / Partner – Brands Focus (7+ PQE)
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Trademark Attorney (7+ PQE) or Partner with significant experience in brands to join our dynamic intellectual property practice on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of trademark law, including prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management, and strategic brand development.
- Managing high-value and complex trademark disputes, including oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering commercially driven and practical IP solutions.
- Providing strategic advice on brand protection and exploitation for a diverse client base, including global corporations, SMEs, and start-ups.
- Leading business development initiatives to grow the practice and attract new clients.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified UK or European Trademark Attorney with 7+ years' PQE.
- Extensive experience in trademark law, with a strong focus on brands and commercial IP strategy.
- Proven track record in handling contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Commercially astute with exceptional client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently, with leadership ambitions or experience.
