Senior Social Media/Digital Marketing Executive 

12 month FTC

A leading international law firm are looking for an experienced Digital professional, with a specialism in Social Media, to join their Business Development & Marketing team. Please note that this role is a 12 month contract.

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take the lead on the firm’s social media and digital marketing strategy—enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and thought leadership across digital platforms.

The Role

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the firm’s social media presence and digital marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to drive engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other key channels, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the firm's voice is positioned at the forefront of the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the firm’s social media strategy, ensuring high-quality content that reflects the firm’s expertise, values, and industry leadership.
  • Oversee the production and publication of thought leadership content, blogs, articles, and multimedia to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to maximise reach and effectiveness.
  • Encourage and train Partners, Associates, and Business Services staff to enhance their social media presence and amplify the firm’s voice.
  • Track and analyse digital and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, leveraging CRM tools (such as InterAction) to support marketing campaigns.
  • Work alongside the Events team to promote and support key firm events through social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant, supporting their professional development.


Skills 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, including best practices for corporate social media.
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with an ability to craft compelling and engaging messaging.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using social media analytics tools to measure and report on campaign success.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (such as InterAction) and website CMS platforms is an advantage.
