My client, a top off-shore law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Risk & Compliance professional to join them on a permanent basis in their Jersey office – working as their new Senior Compliance Administrator.
This role will sit within their newly established Client Compliance team in Jersey. As the successful Senior Compliance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Performing day-to-day compliance activities, reporting and monitoring for a range of clients
- Drafting AML manuals and risk assessments
- Drafting regulatory reports to be delivered to client boards
- Assisting with the management of AML/CFT regulatory processes
- Providing support to the MLCO and MLRO on a daily basis
- Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changed in relation to AML/Compliance

To be considered for this new Senior Compliance Administrator position, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have previous experience within AML/Compliance from a professional services/financial services/legal environment
- Have an understanding of the Jersey Private Fund Guide
- Have experience of dealing with testing and implementation of systems/controls/policies
- Be educated to a degree level
