Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Employment Law team in London. About the Team
The Employment Law team has deep expertise across all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. With a diverse client base that includes senior executives, charities, global financial institutions, and large corporates, the team handles an array of challenging and high-profile matters. Their work spans sensitive severance issues, boardroom disputes, corporate governance, and disciplinary or grievance processes.
Key areas of focus include:
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE.
- Drafting service agreements, employment contracts, and policies.
- Boardroom disputes, severance claims, and executive remuneration.
- Employment litigation in High Court, County Court, and employment tribunals.
- Managing collective issues like trade union recognition and industrial action.
- Advising on business immigration and international employment matters.
- Addressing discrimination, disciplinary, and parental leave matters.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll take a leading role in providing advice and solutions on a wide spectrum of employment law issues. Working alongside a talented team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop relationships with high-profile clients and make a meaningful impact on their businesses.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who can bring:
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its latest developments. (5-8 PQE)
- Experience with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Cross-border transactional expertise (desirable but not essential).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service excellence.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Additional skills that stand out:
- Familiarity with business immigration law (advantageous but not required).
