Our client, a leading financial firm are currently recruiting for a professional, friendly, outgoing Front of House Receptionist who will also undertake admin duties too. The primary focus is to provide a 5* level of service to all clients & visitors to the firm. An excellent communicator who is customer service focused with the ability to multi-task will succeed in this position. You will be expected to work full time in the office 8-5 or 9-6.
Duties will include:
- Providing a professional, 5* welcome to clients and visitors
- Establish strong relationships within the firm
- Answer and transfer calls via a switchboard system in a calm, polite & professional manner
- Receive deliveries and inform the relevant person of their arrival
- Monitor the security system – issuing visitor fobs when required
- Booking conference calls
- Arranging taxis when required
- Assist in collating records and producing reports
- Ensure insurance certificates are valid and in date and assist with the renewal process
