What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting private equity transactions from start to finish, including fund formations and portfolio company deals
- Assisting with closings, preparing signing packs, and coordinating completions
- Managing and filing transaction documents efficiently
- Liaising with colleagues, opposing counsel, and overseas teams
- Conducting legal research, updating precedents, and supporting pitches and tenders
- Helping maintain knowledge management resources and performing routine company searches

Who we’re looking for:
- Strong academics and LPC/BPTC qualified
- Previous paralegal experience in private equity or corporate law
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator with strong research and drafting skills
