Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + Commission & Benefits.
We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a prestigious and well-established Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm located in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of personal injury litigation experience, with trial experience preferred.
The firm fosters a friendly team environment while maintaining a demanding caseload. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills and be well-versed in all aspects of litigation, including Texas procedural rules, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, case negotiations with insurance companies and defense counsel, and attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.
The attorney will manage a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff, requiring excellent case management, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. A strong commitment to client service and professionalism is essential.
