Are you an experienced Administrator or PA with a passion for property, facilities, and project support? Our client, a highly regarded City law firm, is seeking a Property & Project Assistant to join their central management team. This is a permanent position and an exciting opportunity to be part of a major office relocation project, as the firm moves to brand-new offices in 2026!

The Role
Supporting the Director of Property & Workplace, who reports directly to the Managing Partner, you will play a key role in executive support, project coordination, and budget management. Your understanding of facilities operations in a law firm and familiarity with facilities terminology will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities

  • EA support – diary management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Project assistance – supporting key workplace and property projects, including the firm’s office relocation.
  • Budget support – tracking and managing expenditure.
  • Facilities & operations – liaising with the facilities team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience in facilities, property, or operations within a law firm or professional services.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
