Role: Litigation Executive – Personal Injury (Industrial Disease)
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based (5 days a week in)
Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) – with some flexibility available on start/finish times

This role will be joining the Asbestos & Industrial Injuries Department as a Litigation Executive, where you will provide key support to the Partner & Joint Head of the Department. This role involves managing a range of administrative and litigation tasks to ensure smooth operations across caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administration, case management, and client file management.
- Prepare accurate documents via dictation and transcription.
- Create and edit court documents using Oyez.
- Manage electronic bundles for courts and experts.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and external conferences.
- Liaise with courts, external companies, and legal experts as needed.
- Monitor communications in the absence of fee earners.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR and data protection policies.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
- Fast, accurate audio and copy typing (80-90 wpm).
- Experience in litigation or personal injury is preferred but not essential.
- Confident and comfortable working with medically ill clients.
- A proactive, organised, and reliable team player with excellent multitasking skills.
