Key responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Travel arrangements and overseeing logistics for fee earners attending events and conferences
- Supporting fee earners with business development – ensuring all client information is kept up to date, monitoring mailing lists and ensuring BD activities are recorded
- Working alongside the marketing team to create marketing materials and assisting with client events
- Producing, formatting and proofreading documents
- End to end billing
- Working alongside other PAs to ensure a seamless support function
