Legal Executive – Residential Development

Are you experienced in property or residential development and looking to grow your career with a leading international law firm? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy New Homes team in Dublin, supporting the delivery of large-scale residential developments.
You’ll join a close-knit team of Legal Executives handling the day-to-day management of new homes sales. This is a varied role where you’ll be liaising with developers, estate agents, and architects while keeping transactions running smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing new files and sales documentation
- Drafting and generating contract and completion packs
- Handling pre-contract enquiries from purchaser’s solicitors
- Preparing and updating weekly Excel development reports for client calls
- Assisting with completion monies, financial management, and post-completion matters
- Liaising with developers’ banks to procure Deeds of Partial Discharge
- General administration and file archiving
Looking to hire:
- Proven experience in a Property, New Homes, or Post-Completion team
