My client, a leading City law firm, is seeking a professional and highly organised Legal Administrator to join their London office on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative experience who is looking to develop their career within a prestigious legal environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of the department’s day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to partners, fee earners, and the wider legal team
Preparing and amending legal documentation, correspondence, and reports to a high standard of accuracy
Managing case files and maintaining electronic filing systems in accordance with firm policies
Assisting with billing processes, diary management, and meeting coordination
Handling client communications with professionalism and discretion
Supporting general office administration and ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience within a professional services or legal environment
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with document management systems
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
