- Maintain user access, security settings and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the intranet user experience and recommend improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to content editors across the firm on best practice for content creation.
- Liaise with external vendors on system support, product updates and enhancements.
- Generate reports on engagement and usage trends, sharing insights to improve communication impact.
- Contribute to intranet governance, audits and business continuity initiatives.
About You
- Experience using a content management system (CMS) such as SharePoint or OpenText.
- A good understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and content governance.
- Experience working with user access controls and handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- A professional, inclusive, and team-oriented approach.
