We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Intranet Executive to join a dynamic Digital Marketing team in a very well-known law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is part of a wider business services function that helps connect, inform and engage colleagues across the firm.

As part of the digital communications team, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the firm's internal intranet platform — a vital source of news, updates, and resources for the firm's global community. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and accessible. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how the firm uses internal communication technologies in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and update intranet content, ensuring information is relevant and easy to navigate.
  • Support internal editors and departments in keeping their pages accurate and engaging.
  • Handle platform-related queries and coordinate with IT teams on updates, testing and integrations.
  • Maintain user access, security settings and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the intranet user experience and recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to content editors across the firm on best practice for content creation.
  • Liaise with external vendors on system support, product updates and enhancements.
  • Generate reports on engagement and usage trends, sharing insights to improve communication impact.
  • Contribute to intranet governance, audits and business continuity initiatives.

About You

  • Experience using a content management system (CMS) such as SharePoint or OpenText.
  • A good understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and content governance.
  • Experience working with user access controls and handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • A professional, inclusive, and team-oriented approach.
