My client, a top US law firm, is actively seeking a highly experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Immigration / Global Mobility Paralegal.
Situated in their London office, you'll be working under the supervision of a Solicitor and assisting with a wide range of UK immigration and nationality applications in their Employment and Benefits department.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Drafting UK immigration application forms
- Preparing document bundles and submitting applications
- Booking biometric appointments (on behalf of clients)
- Assisting with meticulously tracking and reporting on VISA expiration data
- Preparing detailed notes of advice to clients on categories including; Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker, Global Talent, Indefinite Leave To Remain (and more)
- Drafting articles/blogs on recent developments
- Assisting with coordinating global immigration matters

To qualify for this Paralegal opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL)
- Have proven experience working on UK and/or Global Immigration matters
- Be able to manage various priorities simultaneously
- Have experience delivering client services in accordance with SLAs
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
- Have the ability to anticipate needs of Lawyers and Paralegals
