My client, a leading law firm based in the City are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team on a 12 month FTC
The ideal candidate will have 6 months experience gained within an office environment or similar
This role is to provide comprehensive general facilities support service to the fee earners, secretaries and other support staff within the firm with duties including –
- Delivering and sending internal and external post
- Replenishing stock in all relevant areas
- Helping with office moves and relocations
- Working closely with the Reprographics, Records and Reception teams
- Franking post and DX
- Answering telephone calls to the department
- Drafting and responding to email correspondence
- Setting up and reconfiguring meeting rooms
- Providing back-up support for post scanning when required
- Assisting with the archiving of documents
- Additional tasks that may arise
