Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting the day-to-day operations of a leading international firm.  Working hours are Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photocopying, printing, binding, and timely delivery of documents
  • Preparing marketing materials, including name badges, place cards and menus
  • Scanning documents and supporting document management
  • Providing first line support for the maintenance of printing equipment
  • Organising toner replacements and booking engineer callouts
  • Coordinating outsourced printing jobs when required
  • Ordering and restocking office supplies and stationery
  • Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with internal office moves
  • Archiving, franking mail and arranging courier services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities or office support role preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
