Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates, and core know-how
- Track and analyse legal developments, keeping internal teams and clients informed
- Design and deliver internal training programmes and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with fee-earners, business development, and innovation teams on legal content and tools
- Produce thought leadership, client briefings, and practice updates
Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law (Contentious or non-contentious experience considered)
- Deep technical knowledge and a genuine interest in the development of employment law
- Clear, confident communication and drafting skills
- Prior experience in a law firm or in-house team (PSL experience welcomed but not essential)
