Job Title: Corporate Technology and Life Sciences Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising investors, companies, and management teams on a range of venture capital investments, M&A transactions, and private equity deals.
- Handling cross-border M&A and joint venture work, collaborating with international teams.
- Supporting companies at all stages of their lifecycle, from early-stage growth to exit. The role involves acting for high-profile investors, from early-stage funds to international venture capital firms, corporate investors, and sovereign wealth funds, as well as prominent start-ups and growth companies across the globe.
- Working internationally with major tech hubs such as Silicon Valley, Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in M&A and venture capital from a top-tier UK or international corporate practice.
- Strong academic background.
- Experience with IPOs, trade sales, and mergers.
- Familiarity with employee incentivisation, seed capital, and subsequent financing rounds.
- Expertise in tax structuring and start-up advisory.
- Experience in VC fund formation, especially cross-border structuring for funds and investment vehicles.
