The Role
As a Junior Associate in the M&A, Corporate & Commercial team, you will:

  • Work on high-quality transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, FDI, private equity, and venture capital investments.
  • Advise on corporate reorganisations, commercial agreements, and governance matters.
  • Build your expertise through regular training and associate development sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial documentation with precision and creativity.
  • Conduct due diligence and provide detailed legal research and advice.
  • Manage transactions and liaise with clients under appropriate supervision.
  • Develop a network of contacts and contribute to business development activities.
  • Maintain excellent file management and adhere to project deadlines.
