Are you an experienced company secretarial professional looking to join a global organisation with purpose, innovation, and people at its heart? This firm are seeking a Company Secretarial Support professional to join their Governance team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting high-level governance processes across multiple boards and committees, working closely with the Company Secretary and stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide company secretarial support for MRDP/JLP governance structures
- Coordinate board and committee meetings (planning, logistics, agendas, minutes)
- Support regulatory meetings with Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA, etc.
- Champion good Conduct practices to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Take ownership of ad hoc and cross-entity governance matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a company secretarial role with strong minute-taking skills
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and self-motivated
- A pragmatic, accountable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment
