Commercial Contracts Paralegal (Motorsport)

2 Year Fixed-Term Contract
Our client, a globally recognised motorsport organisation, is actively recruiting for an experienced commercial contracts specialist to join them on an initial two year contract in London – working as their new Paralegal in their Motorsport department.
The Motorsport department form part of the Group Legal Function – you’ll work with a team of Lawyer and with appropriate training, manage your own workstreams.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Drafting contracts and sponsorship agreements for existing and prospective partners to the organisation
- Drafting and amending NDA’s and supplier standard terms
- Arranging documents to be signed by Directors
- Assisting with document production
- Proof-reading documents (sense-checking, formatting, looking for errors, inserting clauses, etc)
- Preparing and maintaining contract summaries
- Maintaining and updating the legal departments document archine
- Undertaking ad-hoc research tasks
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Be a specialist in Commercial Contracts
- Have at least ONE years’ experience working at a leading City law firm, national law firm or relevant in-house legal team
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the highest level of attention to detail
- Be educated to degree level
- Be able to commit to a minimum two year FTC
