Business Development Manager - Family & Divorce - Highly Reputable Law Firm
One of the leading Litigation law firms in London who have an outstanding reputation in the market and have an incredible client list are looking to take on a Business Development Manager to lead their Family department.
In this role, you will work closely with the head of the department to drive strategic growth, build strong professional networks, and position the family law team as a trusted leader in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the family law practice.
- Build and maintain relationships with referrers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and profile-raising activities.
- Track performance and report on BD outcomes and ROI.
The firm are renowned for having an excellent reputation within the market and continuing to champion technology to help them innovate.
With a strong BD/Marketing function, this role will directly report into the Business Development Director and have support from junior members in the team.
The firm run a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office & are based in impressive offices in Chancery Lane.
