My client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for someone to join their London based Business Intake and Risk Management team on a permanent basis - working as their new AML Administrator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some understanding of AML regulations and compliance processes to join an experienced team.
As the successful AML Administrator, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with the migration of London Business Intake filing from Outlook to iManage
- Sending new client due diligence files to the matter team on a weekly basis
- Be responsible for filing London Business Intake correspondence
- Assisting with the ethical walls/insider list processes as necessary
- Updating risk management reference materials and information via their intranet
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to the wider Risk Management team
+ much more.
To be considered for this AML Administrator position, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Be educated to degree level (ideally legal)
- Ideally, have some understanding of AML regulations and compliance processes
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Have previous/existing experience in an administrative position (at a minimum)
- Be able to commit to 5 days a week in London for 'up to' 3 months (purely for training purposes, it could also be less then 3 months)
